Focus Groups
To complement the IAP, CCEAL offers qualitative inquiry through tailored focus groups. This allows colleges to delve into defining and sensemaking with sub-groups, whether they be students, staff, or faculty. Focus groups have helped campuses better understand issues facing community colleges, as well as student needs and corresponding support services.
