Molly Springer

Molly Springer, Ed.D. (Cherokee/ Osage) has worked in higher education for 20 years and her focus, throughout her career, has been on developing programs and initiatives which attend to the needs of disproportionally impacted students. Dr. Springer co-authored a chapter included in the 2012 Stylus publication; Beyond the Asterisk: Understanding Native Students in Higher Education (Shotton, Lowe, and Waterman, 2012), has served on the board for the National Coalition for the Advancement of Native Higher Education (NCANHE), has served as Chair of the Native American Network for the American College Personnel Association, and is a current co-founder of the Sacramento Native American Higher Education Collaborative. Currently, Dr. Springer serves as the Dean of Engagement and Completion for Sacramento City College
